Bulk liquid electrochemistry for X-ray microscopy

The X-Ray Bulk Liquid Electrochemistry Holder is the first and only in situ liquid-cell solution for X-ray microscopy with true reference and counter electrode capability. It is designed for operando STXM/XRM workflows involving battery materials, electrocatalysts, corrosion systems, fuel-cell materials, electrolysis, electrosynthesis, and electrically driven liquid-phase interfaces.

Real electrodes for quantitative electrochemical measurements

Unlike simplified liquid-cell configurations that rely on pseudo-reference or quasi-reference behavior, this holder supports true reference and counter electrode architectures for bulk-scale electroanalytical measurements. Researchers can correlate electrochemical data with X-ray imaging or spectroscopy while maintaining a liquid environment around the sample.

Integrated holder, chip, and workflow support
